While looking for a new challenge and discussing ideas with a friend, his wife noted how loudly they were talking. While searching for a problem to solve, one presented itself right in front of them! Nicholas Horner is a business lawyer with Foley & Lardner LLP and a member of the firm’s Transactional and Securities, Fund Formation and Investment Management, and Taxation practices.

Keenan Baldwin, Board of Directors

Keenan Baldwin is the CoFounder of SiteZeus, a computer software company, in Tampa, FL.

Hannibal Baldwin, Board of Directors

Hannibal Baldwin is the CoFounder and CEO of SiteZeus, a computer software company, in Tampa,FL. He is also the CFO of Baldwin Beach Capital in Tampa.

 

 

Marc Cordes, Technical Sales Rep

Marc Cordes is a Professional Engineer and an Executive Sales Engineer at Commercial Acoustics. As a an Executive Sales Engineer, Marc combines years of engineering experience with his sales skills to provide architects and builders with sound-rated wall/floor design, room acoustics, on-site testing and consulting services.

Nick Cupp, Technical Sales Rep

Nick Cupp is our Technical Sales Representative for the Orlando Branch. Nick combines his prior years of sales experience with his knowledge of acoustic and soundproofing to provide architects and builders with sound-rated wall/floor design, room acoustics, on-site testing and consulting services.

Alonso Wiener, Technical Sales Rep

Alonso Wiener is Commercial Acoustics' Technical Sales Rep in the Naples, FL area. Prior to starting with Commercial Acoustics, Alonso worked as a Regional Sales Rep for an environmental conservation company.

Madelin Pickett, Office Manager

Madelin Pickett is our Office Manager at Commercial Acoustics. She previously worked in the hotel industry, and spends her time outside of the office as a book author and editor.

Diore' Allen, Office Administrator

Diore' Allen is the Office Administrator at Commercial Acoustics. She handles contract reviews, purchasing, customer service and much more.

Rachel Lodato, Marketing Director

Rachel Lodato is the Marketing Coordinator at Commercial Acoustics. She has an Advertising Degree from the University of Florida and was previously the social media intern for a local Gainesville startup.

Odalo Eguabor, Project Engineer

Odalo Eguabor is Commercial Acoustics' Project Engineer and Estimator. Prior to starting with Commercial Acoustics, Odalo spent a little over two years as an intern at Skanska while completing his engineering degree.

Nate Lamb, Operations Manager

Nate Lamb joined Commercial Acoustics in 2014. He oversees the Operations Division, including Manufacturing and Installation services. Nate manages our team of skilled employees, including carpentry and low-voltage professionals, to ensure quality workmanship for our end clients.

Daniel Nolan, Project Manager

Daniel Nolan manages all Sound Masking projects and programs for Commercial Acoustics. From 5,000 square foot office spaces to 200,000 square foot healthcare and education facilities, Daniel oversees speaker layouts and wiring diagrams, and performs Tuning & Balancing and Final QA for each job.

Terry Stanley, Project Manager

Terry Stanley is one of our Project Managers here at Commercial Acoustics. When he isn't on site at an installation or here at the factory, Terry is also a very talented barber.

Ashley McConnell, Project Manager

Ashley McConnell manages a majority of the Acoustic Wall Panels and Stretched Fabric Wall projects for Commercial Acoustics. From small office jobs to large auditoriums, Ashley ensures these jobs runs smoothly and efficiently, and result in a pristine product.

Jason Rivera, Asst. Production Manager

Jason Rivera joined Commercial Acoustics in 2017. Initially focused on Residential product line production, Jason now oversees warehousing and facility maintenance, ensuring a structured and organized environment for lean production.

Manny Kania, Quality Manager

Manny Kania has been part of the Commercial Acoustics team since 2019. After his time at Amazon, Manny has implemented a number of Quality Improvement initiatives in our manufacturing facility, including streamlining inventory, improving factory footprints, and reviewing process flows.
