Luv Child, a vibrant restaurant in South Tampa, occupies the space of a former nightclub on South Howard Avenue. While the hard finishes worked for a nightlife venue, the same reverberant environment was not suitable for an intimate dining setting. The Ciccio Restaurant Group, a long-time Commercial Acoustics client, engaged our team to assess the space and implement a custom acoustic solution tailored to a restaurant environment.

Our team carefully removed the old ceiling track system, replaced the internal fiberglass with high-performance acoustic material, and then rewrapped it with new fabric. The result was a seamless finish that blends into the décor while delivering significant reverberation control. Unlike smaller wall-mounted or ceiling-mounted panels, the continuous fabric system allowed for large, uninterrupted surface coverage across the ceiling.
