To ensure accuracy, orders and changes to orders must be submitted in writing. Availability quotes may be given over the phone.

All shipping related charges are the customer’s responsibility. United Parcel Service and Federal Express are available for orders compatible with carriers’ weight and size regulations. All other shipments will be delivered by common carrier motor freight. Customer may request a specific carrier. Otherwise, Commercial Acoustics will arrange for shipping with the best-suited carrier.

Pricing does not include sales or use taxes. Invoices for orders shipped within the state of Florida will include sales tax unless valid exemption documents are received by Commercial Acoustics before the order has shipped. Customer is still liable for taxes regardless of their presence on the invoice. Customer is responsible for determining taxability of product based on its use. Any applicable taxes are to be directed to the local taxing authority.

Commercial Acoustics must authorize all returns. All returns are subject to restocking fees and shipping charges. Orders must be unused and in original packaging to be considered for return.
